What this register does NOT measure We do not measure treatment outcomes, a surgeon's skill, complications or "who it suits best". That is not something we can verify reproducibly, and it belongs to medicine, not to a directory. We deliberately weigh what a patient can re-check themselves: the facility's REPS habilitación, the responsible clinician's RETHUS registration, specialist certification, advertising-claim integrity, surgeon accountability and structural transparency.
